CHRIST’S TESTIMONY
CHRIST’S TESTIMONY WAS ONLY FULLY CONCLUDED, ….
IN HIS FATHER’S DEFINITE and FIXED PURPOSE for HIS LIFE
“This Jesus,… delivered up ACCORDING
to the DEFINITE and FIXED PURPOSE and SETTLED PLAN
and FOREKNOWLEDGE of God,…” Acts 2:23… AMPC
OUR TESTIMONY
▪ Is our testimony in word and deed about Christ?
▪ Is our Testimony compromised?
▪ Are we perhaps following our own council?
▪ Do we REALLY STILL WANT to
RISK OUR LIVES, by TRYING to ESCAPE HIS WAYS, NEGOTIATE or
WANGLE OUR OWN REASONING… as the best wisdom… without obedience to His WAYS, WILL
and
HIS DIVINE PURPOSE for my life …?
▪ Do we still want to come with our INTELLECTUAL ARGUMENTS,
SELF RIGHTEOUS OPINIONS
about GOD, HIS WAYS,
FELLOW BELIEVERS… and
HIS WILL…?
OUR TESTIMONY
( what we speak and live )
SHOULD BE ABOUT
CHRIST RESURRECTED and ALIVE in me
HALLELUJAH ‼
Let us look at one of
□□ DAVID’S TESTIMONY (IES)
Acts 2: 25-28 AMPC
“For David says in regard to Him,
I SAW the Lord CONSTANTLY BEFORE me,
for He is at my right hand that
I may NOT BE
– SHAKEN or
– OVERTHROWN or – CAST DOWN
[from my secure and happy state]. “
DAVID KNEW HIM BY HEART,
HE SAW HIM BY SPIRIT,
HE LIVED BY HIS PASSION
▪ DO WE LIVE DAILY WITH
THE HOPE
RECEIVED from a PASSIONATE,
SPIRIT-FILLED RELATIONSHIP with GOD,
OUR FATHER, LORD and Holy Spirit COUNSELOR… ?
“Therefore my heart rejoiced and my tongue exulted exceedingly; moreover, my flesh also will dwell in HOPE
[will encamp, pitch its tent, and dwell in hope in anticipation of the resurrection].”
DAVID’S STATEMENT OF FAITH in GOD
WAS MADE from HOLY SPIRIT PASSION WITHIN…
BECAUSE :
○ HE SAW CHRIST CONSTANTLY BEFORE HIM
○ HE SAW CHRIST’S FUTURE BLISS BY THE SPIRIT !!!!!
WE SHOULD SEE OUR-SELF
SEATED IN CHRIST…
AND CHRIST IN US
BELIEVE and LIVE AS IS
??…AMEN!!
“For You will not abandon my soul, leaving it helpless in Hades
(the state of departed spirits),
nor let Your Holy One know decay or see destruction
[of the body after death].
You have made known to me the ways of life ;
You will ENRAPTURE me
[ diffusing my soul with joy ]
WITH and IN Your PRESENCE.”
