112. Our Testimony of the Father

FATHER: Our Testimony of Who the Father Is To Me

What is your testimony of your heavenly FATHER?

Christ’s TESTIMONY of The Father is so that we may believe.

Joh 19:35 And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you may believe.

Christ’s Utmost DEPENDENCY Upon The Father to show us the way to a Father-Son relationship

Joh 5:19-20
(19) “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.
(20) For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel.

Christ’s WITNESS of the Father & The Father of Him. They are One. (Joh 17)

Joh 8:18 I am One who bears witness of Myself, and the Father who sent Me bears witness of Me.”

INTIMACY;

The Father is the One to whom we pray in our inner chamber, in an intimate relation where He have called us to come & COMMUNE with Him.
We are encouraged to regularly VISIT with our heavenly Father from a place of trust, utmost believe & hope on Him; in His GOODNESS & FAITHFULNESS to us in every circumstance.

Mat 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

HE KNOWNS US;

He is the One that knows our every need. I can be myself in your presence. You see deep into my heart.

Mat 6:8 “Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.

HEARTS;

Our Father is not interested in our show before man but look deep & intently into our hearts; our innermost thoughts & intentions

Mat 6:18 so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly

FORGIVE;

As we forgive the Father forgives us. This is how He bestows Christ’s total redemption & righteousness upon us. There is no other way. You are a loving & forgiving Father.

Mat 6:15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

REVELATION;

He is the One that reveals His hidden secrets to those who come to Him in humility, lowliness of mind & of worldly esteem, uprightness of heart; trusting Him as a child.

Mat 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.

WORSHIP;

The Father is the one to whom all my true worship, thanksgiving & praise belong!
Joh 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

KINGS & PRIESTS;

Rev 1:6 and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

OVERCOMERS;

through the Son’s confession of me before the Father.

Rev 3:5 He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.
Rev 3:21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

🔥These points here above may seem very simple, elementary and things that we have known for a long time.
Yet, if is not embedded as foundational in our innermost being through faith we may fail to secure our relationship with the Father through Christ’s righteousness before the Father and to daily live by it unto His glory alone.

PRAYER:

FATHER,

you are our Father. Your have called us to become your sons & daughters through Christ. Thank You that you lead us in revelation, through humility, robe us with the righteousness of Christ, lead us to repentance & bestow upon us the mercy & grace that we so desperately need.

Thank you that you call us to a place of intimate relation, to seek & pursue that more & more than ever before. Especially in this late & evil hour. Only Your presence & intimate love will keep us in this time.

Thank you Father that you know our every need & that You showed us the way through Your beloved Son, the Christ. Thank you Father that it is your will for me to overcome.

111. The Word of Our Testimony: Powerful Declarations

TESTIMONY

The declarations of our mouth determine the course of our thoughts and propel them into actions and deeds. This week we are focusing on the “Word of our Testimony.” For indeed our testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy through which we speak, declare and prophecy into the spiritual realm.

1.The Purpose of our Testimony of Jesus.

The purpose of our TESTIMONY about Christ, His love, Kingdom and our worship of Him is to call those very things down from heaven into manifest existence here on earth.

To MANIFEST those things that are in heaven, already prepared before the beginning of time, here on earth according to the will of God through our daily confessions.

Rev 19:10 I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Redeemed by the unblemished blood of the perfect Lamb, we therefore are of those who keep His commandments through Christ’s perfect righteousness before the Father. We have the testimony of Christ on our lips.

Rev 12:17 … and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

2. The Word of God is our Testimony

ASKING the Holy Spirit to keep our lips burning with the holy coal that we will continuously meditate on, speak & act on the testimonies of Christ in every circumstance in our lives.
We know that the enemy wars against the children of God & would like to keep us silent about OUR TESTIMONY of God, His Kingdom & its purposes.

Rev 6:9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.

Therefore, all the more we need to take up the Sword of the Word and speak forth the oracles of God.

3. Our Actions & deeds to be evidence of our spoken Testimony

Tit 1:16 They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work. 1Ti 3:7 Moreover he must have a good TESTIMONY among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

PRAYER:

Father, we bring our testimony before you, “For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.” (1Co 2:2)

That our testimony of Christ will be secured & founded from Your Scriptures:

  • That we will be enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge.
  • Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in us,
  • so that we will not come short in no gift, eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ,
    who will also confirm you to the end. That you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
    1Co 1:5-8 (paraphrased)
  • May our lips be sealed off to speak the oracles of God in a new & living way.
  • Through His Spirit that gives us holy utterances unto FAITH here & NOW.
  • We pray to be strengthened to act out that what we speak & confess so that unbelievers will hear our righteous testimonies of You and also come to faith in Christ, the only Saviour of this world. Christ our righteousness!
