CHRIST’S TESTIMONY

 

CHRIST’S TESTIMONY WAS ONLY FULLY CONCLUDED, …. 

IN HIS FATHER’S DEFINITE and FIXED PURPOSE for HIS LIFE

“This Jesus,… delivered up ACCORDING

to the DEFINITE and FIXED PURPOSE and SETTLED PLAN

and FOREKNOWLEDGE of God,…” Acts 2:23… AMPC

OUR TESTIMONY

 

▪ Is our testimony in word and deed about Christ?

▪ Is our Testimony compromised?

▪ Are we perhaps following our own council?

▪ Do we REALLY STILL WANT to

RISK OUR LIVES, by TRYING to ESCAPE HIS WAYS, NEGOTIATE or

WANGLE OUR OWN REASONING… as the best wisdom… without obedience to His WAYS, WILL

and

HIS DIVINE PURPOSE for my life …?

 

▪ Do we still want to come with our INTELLECTUAL ARGUMENTS,

SELF RIGHTEOUS OPINIONS

about GOD, HIS WAYS,

FELLOW BELIEVERS… and

HIS WILL…?

OUR TESTIMONY

( what we speak and live )

SHOULD BE ABOUT

CHRIST RESURRECTED and ALIVE in me

HALLELUJAH ‼

 

Let us look at one of

 

□□ DAVID’S TESTIMONY (IES)

 

Acts 2: 25-28 AMPC

“For David says in regard to Him, 

I SAW the Lord CONSTANTLY BEFORE me, 

for He is at my right hand that 

I may NOT BE 

– SHAKEN or 

– OVERTHROWN or – CAST DOWN 

[from my secure and happy state]. “

 

DAVID KNEW HIM BY HEART,

HE SAW HIM BY SPIRIT,

HE LIVED BY HIS PASSION

 

▪ DO WE LIVE DAILY WITH

THE HOPE

RECEIVED from a PASSIONATE,

SPIRIT-FILLED RELATIONSHIP with GOD,

OUR FATHER, LORD and Holy Spirit COUNSELOR… ?

“Therefore my heart rejoiced and my tongue exulted exceedingly; moreover, my flesh also will dwell in HOPE 

[will encamp, pitch its tent, and dwell in hope in anticipation of the resurrection].”

 

DAVID’S STATEMENT OF FAITH in GOD

WAS MADE from HOLY SPIRIT PASSION WITHIN…

BECAUSE :

○ HE SAW CHRIST CONSTANTLY BEFORE HIM

○ HE SAW CHRIST’S FUTURE BLISS BY THE SPIRIT !!!!!

 

WE SHOULD SEE OUR-SELF

SEATED IN CHRIST…

AND CHRIST IN US

BELIEVE and LIVE AS IS

 

🙌🙌…AMEN!!

 

“For You will not abandon my soul, leaving it helpless in Hades 

(the state of departed spirits),

nor let Your Holy One know decay or see destruction 

[of the body after death]. 

You have made known to me the ways of life ; 

You will ENRAPTURE me

[ diffusing my soul with joy ]

 WITH and IN Your PRESENCE.”

CONCLUSION:

MY TESTIMONY SHOULD SAY : CHRIST 1st

 

HOW MANY CHRISTIANS,

WHO HAVE CHRIST’S NAME ON THEIR LIPS…

LIVE

□□ UNFULFILLED LIVES

 

WHY?

Here are a few points to consider:

 

• HAVE we EMBRACED the FULLNESS of our Lord JESUS, His TRUTH,  STATUTES… LOVE… GRACE… and His Holy Spirit GUIDANCE and COUNCIL… IN us?

• Have we STEPPED INTO OUR SON-SHIP POSITION ?

(Rom8v14; Gal3:26-4:7)

• Do we really LIVE and worship HIM !!… BY (IN) SPIRIT and the solid TRUTH of HIS Word… ?

Let us EXERCISE DAILY to LIVE

BY THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

(John3:5-6; Rom5v5, Gal5;  Rom8)

 

□□ What is our DEFAULT JOY …. ?

We often, even as Believers still seek, as our DEFAULT JOY, the ENTERTAINMENT and JOY’S of this world…

and afterwards are left empty;

WITHOUT A LIFE MISSION or PURPOSE in God’s will for us..

Somehow we still think we will find life’s JOY and PURPOSE out there.

WHERE AS GOD HAS PLACED HIS MISSION and therefore our TRUE LIFE’S MEANING and JOY VERY CLOSE INSIDE…

We are His sons and daughters by the indwelling of Holy Spirit…. to be led by the Holy Spirit DAILY on God’s MISSION for THAT DAY.

Only this brings deep, long lasting and true fulfillment in life.

 

• OUR DEVOTION and PASSION SHOULD BE TO CHRIST 1st…

TO

His mission and to HIS BODY (ECCLESIA)..

TO SERVE Him through THEM…

if we desire to experience the power of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 2:42 AMPC

“And they steadfastly persevered, devoting themselves constantly to the instruction and 

(c) fellowship of the apostles, 

to the (a) breaking of bread [including the Lord’s Supper] and (b) prayers. “

 En-COURAGE-ment from above Scripture :

(a) TO CHRIST 1 st :

As you take COMMUNION, allow yourself to embrace all of JESUS IN, THROUGH and ABOUT you

(b) PRAYER :

As you pray, KNOW and TRUST God to have ALL the answers.. you just ask with PATIENT RESILIENCE

(c)THE BODY OF CHRIST :

On your own… the fire of Light, Love and Hope will die down… if not close to the fire of His ECCLESIA

“No man is an island ”

We need the vehicle of His Body to STRENGTHEN the GOOD NEWS IN and mobilize it THROUGH us.

Surround yourself with His remnant Bride

JESUS RAISED

“This Jesus God raised up, and of that all we [His disciples] are witnesses.

JESUS ASCENDED

“Being therefore lifted high by and to the right hand of God,

HOLY SPIRIT POURED OUT

“And having received from the Father the promised [blessing which is the] Holy Spirit,

He has made this outpouring which you yourselves both see and hear.”

CHRIST’S TESTIMONY (on earth) COMPLETED

“Therefore let the whole house of Israel recognize beyond all doubt and acknowledge assuredly that God has made Him both LORD and CHRIST (the Messiah)–this Jesus Whom you crucified.

My TESTIMONY :

(Part1)

“Now when they heard this they were stung (cut) to the heart, and they said to Peter and the rest of the apostles,

Brethren, what shall we do?

And Peter answered them,… “

My TESTIMONY STARTS WITH THIS :

■ “REPENT- CHANGE your VIEWS and PURPOSE to

■ ACCEPT the WILL of GOD

in your inner selves INSTEAD of REJECTING it”

 

WHAT IS THE WILL OF GOD?

– A Part of it… is to ACCEPT Him to be all-knowing,  all-powerful,  omnipresent..

therefore to STOP SELF preservation…

■ EMBRACE His PROCESS and Divine WAYS to REDEEM your life and KEEP you CLOSE and ABLE to STAND in all areas (Ef6)

■ Be BAPTIZED,

– into a NEW WAY of THINKING and LIVING…

■ SUBMERGE yourself in HIS WORD and WONDER- BE IN AWE OF HIM

” EVERY ONE of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the FORGIVENESS of and RELEASE from your sins; and

■ YOU shall RECEIVE the GIFT of the HOLY SPIRIT. ”

 

HOLY-SPIRIT-LIVING IS FOR US ALL,

(Rom8)

TODAY

and FOR ALL WHO WILL RECEIVE  and ANSWER HIS CALL

 

“For the PROMISE [of the HOLY SPIRIT] is to and for you and your children, and to and for all that are far away, [even] to and for as many as the Lord our God invites and bids to come to Himself.

WE NEED the PEACE, PRESENCE,  POWER,  GUIDANCE and direct INPUT… of the HOLY SPIRIT to make this life” WORK
